US LIEUTENANT

The casting is so crisp that even the collar insignia and button details stay sharp under a magnifying glass. I’m about halfway through assembly, and the parts fit together with barely any sanding needed.

The resin has almost no flash, which made assembly far less tedious than other kits I've built. The crisp detail on the uniform really pops after a primer coat.

I spent a good hour cleaning up the mold lines on the torso, but the detail on the uniform is sharp enough to make it worthwhile. The helmet and webbing pieces fit together nicely without much sanding. Overall a solid kit for the price.
