Henry L. ★★★★★

I've been using these paints for my Roman legionaries, and the pigment density is excellent—one coat covers most base colors. The range includes some really useful shades for ancient and medieval armies that I've struggled to mix myself.

Eli X. ★★★★★

The coverage of historical eras in this set means I rarely have to dig for a matching tone, and the pigment density is noticeably rich right out of the tube. It's my go-to now for anything from Roman legionaries to WWII infantry.

Timothy ★★★★★

The range in this set is perfect for my historical figures—I've already knocked out a Roman legion and some WWII infantry without needing to mix a single color. The coverage is solid, and they thin down beautifully for layering.
