DARK EARTH

The pigment has a wonderfully gritty texture when mixed with thinner, giving my tank tracks a realistic dried-mud look. It covers evenly and doesn't cake up like some other brands I've tried.

I mixed this with a bit of water and it created a convincing dried mud texture on my base. The color is a nice natural brown, not too warm or grey. Only minor thing is you have to shake the bottle well before use to avoid clumps.

The pigment went on smoothly once I mixed it with a bit of water for basing my terrain. I do wish it had slightly more texture straight from the pot, but it’s easy enough to build up. Perfect for a natural mud effect.
