BLOOD RED

I've been looking for a crimson that really pops on space marine armor, and this one covers perfectly in just two thin coats. The matte finish is a nice bonus—no shine to distract from the details.

Finally, a red that actually looks like fresh blood on the tabletop. I was worried it'd be too orange, but this deep crimson tone is exactly what I needed for my vampire's cape. It thins nicely with water and still keeps its rich pigmentation.

This crimson has fantastic coverage; one thin coat over a white primer gives me a deep, rich red that's perfect for my space marine's shoulder pads. The matte finish is exactly what I wanted for my minis without any shine.
