AMBUSH paint set

AMBUSH paint set - Main image
$6.4 $10.33 In stock

Ambush. Set of 4 matte-finish acrylic paints featuring the basic colors used on German military vehicles during the Battle of the Bulge and the end of the war in 1945. These paints are highly durable and easily withstand any aging technique using oil, pigments, and enamel washes. Before using, pierce the paint can's cap. We recommend inserting a small ball or stirrer into the can to facilitate mixing the paint. Using a good dilution with acrylic thinner will allow you to airbrush perfectly. It is preferable to use airbrush nozzles of 0.4 or larger diameter for optimal paint performance.

Ella ★★★★★

Finally, a set that nails the late-war German color palette — the four shades are exactly what I needed for my Battle of the Bulge diorama. These acrylics lay down smooth and the matte finish stays flat even after two coats, which is a huge plus for weathering.

Chloe ★★★★★

The matte finish on these paints really helps the camo patterns look flat and worn, just like the reference photos. They cover well with two thin coats and the colors match the late-war German schemes perfectly.

Kevin W. ★★★★★

I’ve been using these on my late-war Panther build, and the matte finish really makes the camouflage pop without any shine. They cover well in two thin coats and the durability surprised me—no chipping even after masking over them.
