PHOENIX FEATHER

The gradient effect on these paints is genuinely impressive—my test model went from shadow to highlight in a single pass. Cleanup was easier than I expected too, which makes them perfect for quick batch painting sessions.

I was a bit skeptical about the one-coat gradient claim, but after trying it on a space marine pauldron the transition from dark to light is incredibly smooth. The paint flows out of the bottle at just the right consistency for brush control.

The one-coat coverage is legit; I painted a whole squad in half the usual time. My only tiny gripe is the bottle pour spout could be a tad cleaner, but the color gradient effect is exactly what I wanted.
