This red has a really nice consistency right out of the bottle—not too thick or thin. It covered my space marine’s shoulder pad in just two thin coats, which saved me a lot of time. The matte finish it dries to is perfect for painting details over.

I've been using this red for my latest Warhammer project and the pigment is nicely dense without being clumpy. It covers well over a black primer in two thin coats, though I wish the bottle had a dropper top instead of the standard pot.

This red covers well after two thin coats, but the paint is noticeably thicker straight from the bottle compared to other hobby paints I've used. It works fine for basecoating, just needs a bit more thinning than I expected.
