The resin quality is impressive—crisp details on the conning tower and deck plating really stand out. Assembly took a bit of care, but the fit was precise and the parts needed minimal cleanup. Perfect for a rainy afternoon of painting.

The 1/35 scale hits that sweet spot where details stay sharp without overwhelming your workspace. I spent a quiet evening on assembly and the resin pieces fit together with almost no gap-filling needed.

The resin cast is impressively crisp, with sharp panel lines that should take washes really well. Assembly was straightforward, though I did need to clean up a few small mold lines before priming; still, it's a solid foundation for a detailed paint job.
