SURFACE PRIMER SAND

The sand tone gives a really smooth, even base coat that hides the plastic grain without clogging details. I’ve used it straight from the bottle and paint grab holds perfectly, no need to thin.

The sand color gives a nice neutral base that makes subsequent colors pop, though I wish the coverage was a touch more opaque in one coat. Still, it sprays on smoothly and doesn’t obscure fine details.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this primer covers in one thin coat, saving me time on pre-shading. The only downside is that it dries a bit more matte than I expected, but it holds paint beautifully after that.
