MODESTY BLACK

I was honestly surprised by how well this acrylic flows through an airbrush without needing much thinner. The finish dries to a nice matte that doesn’t wash out any shadows on the model.

This black covers in one smooth coat on my plastic models, and the finish dries matte without any chalky residue. It’s become my go-to for recesses and panel lines because the consistency is just right straight out of the bottle.

The coverage is impressive for a single coat, though it takes a bit more shaking than I'm used to for acrylics. Once thinned down, it flows nicely into recesses without losing opacity. A solid workhorse black for my miniatures.
