I’m a total materials nerd, so the breakdown of different steel alloys was exactly what I was hoping for. The diagrams comparing iron and bronze properties are super clear and easy to follow. Already put together a solid reference list from this issue.

The breakdown of different metal types like steel versus bronze was exactly what I needed for painting my miniatures, and having that clear reference makes matching effects way easier. I’ve already used the copper and iron sections to get a better weathered look on armor pieces.

The section on copper and bronze really stood out to me—it goes beyond the basics and explains how each metal ages and patinas over time. Only wish it had a few more close-up photos of the finished miniatures to show those details in practice.
