I've been using these oils for my miniature figures and the matte finish really cuts down on unwanted glare. They thin out smoothly with the recommended thinner for airbrushing too.

The matte finish on these oils is perfect for my scale models—it kills glare without needing a separate varnish. Cleanup with the odorless thinner was straightforward and didn't leave a greasy residue on my brushes.

Airbrush application was a breeze with proper thinning, and the matte finish came out beautifully smooth without any brushstrokes. These paints have excellent coverage for my miniature work, and the color range is surprisingly versatile for fine art too.
