BLACK FOREST GREEN

Finally a green that doesn’t turn chalky when I thin it down for a glaze. One coat over white gave me a smooth, opaque finish for the base, then a quick wash brought out all the shadows perfectly.

I've been using this for my Warhammer figures and the fact that it works just as well for glazes as it does for opaque base coats is fantastic. The pigment feels really fine and smooth going on with a brush.

This green covers in one coat but still thins down into a silky glaze without getting chalky, which is exactly what I need for shading folds. Works equally well with a brush or through the airbrush, and the opaque layer dries flat enough for layering.
