WELCOME MR. YANKEE

The resin has a nice smooth surface that sands easily, and the figure's pose has a lot of character. I spent a weekend cleaning up the mold lines and it's shaping up beautifully for my Civil War diorama.

The box arrived with every part individually wrapped, and I was relieved to find no warping or air bubbles in the resin. The sculpting on the facial features is sharp enough that even an amateur like me could get a clean paint job with minimal sanding.

The packaging was secure, but the resin pieces have a fair amount of flash that needs cleaning up. Assembly instructions are a bit vague for the arms, though the kit's potential for a unique paint job kept me going.
